![]() I have recently been for 2 Interviews in General Practice, and I have to say that in terms of job descriptions, person profiles, and quality of interviews, the standards are to say the least very poor.
On one occasion I was asked was there any particular reason why I was single, and on another the Job Description when discussed at Interview contained a whole section on 'finance' which was in a role not being done by the manager but someone else in the practice. Can I ask that we all make sure that if we are not 'in' on the interviews, that more effort is made to ensure that interviews are carried out consistently and fairly. |
